If a machine is malfunctioning, please report it to your property manager and fill out our Service Request Form. Be sure to include the machine number and a description of the issue.
If you paid using ShinePay, please request your refund directly through the ShinePay app. If you paid in quarters, fill out our Refund Request Form with your building name, machine number, amount paid, and a description of the issue.

Some laundry rooms may have weak Wi-Fi or cell service. Try stepping outside to activate the machine on the ShinePay app, then return to the laundry room and press the cycle button on the machine to start.

Yes, but we recommend placing pods directly in the drum (not in the detergent drawer) for best results.
